When I say I hate you (to some people) it really means I fucking love you.
Like: desperately, endlessly, uncontrollably, LOVE YOU. I couldn't make it through the day with out you- I might slit my wrist if you leave me.. that kind of LOVE. Hey, I'm crazy what can I say?

Other than my very important anniversary today I have realized I've been sucking at updating on my working out. Boo Terri Boo. Not that any of you care really BUT some people MIGHT come read my blog to see about the big girl working out. Lately I've been doing pretty good getting my tail to the gym in the mornings. I'm having some problems running early in the morning so I have been doing a lot of biking and using the elliptical (both I enjoy a lot now and feel good about switching things up) to cross train and give my tired legs a rest.
Today was a running day and the goal was to do 2 miles (13 min each) and not die.
Mission accomplished! It was probably more like 13.5 miles but whose splitting hairs here.
I slept in this AM so I had to go after work and I REALLY think that I run better at night. It's like all day my legs are waking up and getting warm and ready to run on. In the mornings my legs are like, "WTF are you doing you bitch..it's 6AM and we are supposed to be asleep" God my legs are bitches... Breathing is also something I've been having issues with lately but today I felt good the whole run and concentrated on breathing in and out evenly. All in all I'm pretty happy with my workouts. I'm pretty bummed this weekend I won't get to work out due to the hubs 29th birthday buttttt hey having a blast with my bayybayyy won't keep me bummed for long!
I've just got to remember:
1. Don't eat a lot of junk
2. Don't drink like Amy Winehouse
I'll let you know if I remembered on Monday.
