I know you didn't think by that title that I was going to tell you what I weigh and then tell you what I'm going to weigh at the end of they year.... haha you're in the wrong place.
What I will tell you is this:
I'm finally not sick anymore! I have a new workout schedule & I'm back to eating clean during the week. What does this mean? That this is going to be an amazing year. I don't really have a number in mind (maybe a "just less than" number) to weigh but I do have a feeling that I'm chasing...feeling healthy. Let's just be honest... I'm not healthy. I mean I am, but obviously I still make bad choices or I just simply wouldn't look like I do. I love myself. I'm not the biggest I have ever been and I'm not starting from zero but it's to the point in my life where it's time to finish the race. That's what I feel like I've been in since 2006 - that's a 7 year journey that has been wonderful but I still haven't accomplished this goal and it's time to mark it off my list.
I used to feel like I never accomplished goals...lately I've been counting all of these goals I have been finishing and I realized something. Sometimes, it just takes time to accomplish your goal. For one reason or another you just might not be ready to cross the finish line on whatever your goal is. For me... it's time. I feel like I am at the perfect moment in my life and it is what I'm focused on the most. Want to see my plans?

I worked really hard on that Chart. You're welcome.
DTS class is a weights/abs/strength class fyi.
It feels so good to be back in the swing of things! As you'll note there is less running on there but I plan on doing a mile before/after classes on Tues/Weds so I can keep up that good habit while getting into some old favorites. I've been in a rut and I want a more balanced workout schedule which will keep my body working different parts every week. This schedule is going to have a 2 month test run and then I will decide whats working and what I want to do more of. I've completed this week so far and I'm loving it. Yoga was last night and it was absolutely fabulous. I missed stretching and moving my body which has led me to have weak wrists! Time to build those puppies back up and get in to pretzel position... I've worked out 3 times since I was released from the doctors orders and I'm already a happier person. I get to feeling awful when I don't get to move around for a LONG time and it feels good to be back!
I'll update you guys from time to time on how I'm doing but I hope that whatever goal you're ready to finish up gets accomplished this year. You can do it!
