I took a little hiatus away from blogging for basically the entire month of May. Some of that was due to the fact that we "lost" our free internet connection we had been using for almost two years and some of that was because I just didn't feel like blogging. Oh such a sad day when you have to start paying for things. We have been traveling a lot (which I will catch you up on later) and we just kept saying... "maybe it will be back when we get home" After a month we just sucked it up and called Comcast. Which is the most aggravating thing ever but after 5 phone calls, 2 days, 170 extra free channels, and 2 more months of free HBO & SHOWTIME we got our internet working again!
I'm also feeling more like blogging and ready to tell you guys what I have been up to. Huge changes over here people! HUGE! The most shocking of all I'll give you right now:
I started eating SALADS!
If you have known me for any amount of time you know how crazy this is. I've never liked cold "meals" so to say.... I just think they should be hot unless it's ice cream or cereal. Anyways, the sogginess of salad also grossed me out which lead me to never eating them. I like pretty much everything in a salad but never together; however, now that has all changed. I still refuse to eat iceberg lettuce because it tastes like grass water BUT I absolutely love spinach and I have been eating this salad for the last three days:
Spinach - Feta - Bacon - Onion Crisps - Pita Chips
YUM. I tried to upload a picture but it's just not working for me.. use your imagination!
I plan on trying out lots and lots of different things and I swear I'm working on having a salad with more than just 1 healthy thing in it. Ha
