It's such and odd feeling to feel guilty for not working out. In the past I've often felt guilty for a number of other things: 1. eating too much, 2. being mean, 3. thinking bad thoughts, & etc. But felling guilty about not going to the gym has been a recent development. I am so tired, I didn't sleep a wink last night and my legs and body are so sore I haven't been walking, I've been "wobbling" all day. I don't need to make excuses but I feel like I do. THIS IS NUTS! I'm still going to be hitting the gym 5 times this week not 6, but for some reason I have an annoying feeling of guilt. I know in my head my body needs to rest and it is SCREAMING for rest but.... sheesh I'm addicted. I'm am completely addicted to the results I'm getting. My legs have never looked better and I just can't wait to keep the results coming...but I need to release this guilt because it's driving me nuts.
Oh well, better the gym than sex, drugs, or rock n' roll.
hmm... on second thought.

WORKOUT: 24hours of Nothing, Nada, Zip. Zilch
On a fishy note- I am now a MASTER of cooking FISH. Yes, the things that swim around in the ocean and ponds and rivers... you get the idea. The secret is Lemon Juice people! It takes all the fishy fishyness out of the actual FISH. Weird right..but deliciously true.
That little tasty fish is tilapia pan sauteed with a little olive oil.
Directions: Use fresh or thawed fish sprinkle salt on both sides with a little Tony's seasoning. Put a tablespoon or so of Olive oil in a HOT frying pan. Let the oil get hot then place fish into pan. Let cook on the first side for a few mins (2-3) then add a tablespoon of Lemon Juice in the pan. The juice will start to bubble and let the fish cook on that side for another min or two. Flip the fish and add another tablespoon of lemon juice. Let cook for 3 or 4 mins and then flip again. You can turn the heat off and let it finish cooking flipping occasionally to get your desired crispyness. Steam some broccoli and Enjoy!!! I eat this about 3-4 times a week I LOVE it.
yummy in my tummy.
I know exactly how you feel! I always feel guilty when I skip work-outs, even if I have a legitimate reason to! Uggh. It's annoying.
