I've been so busy doing lots of things. I'm actually kinda proud at how productive I have been but I have been ignoring the blog. There just aren't enough hours in the day but here's what I have been up to:
(Note my disgusting husbands notes he high jacked my very professional calender. Rude)
I had a week or three of bad eating and not working out as much as I should have but that my friends has come to an end. I give you the 21 Day Challenge or a just workout schedule. It's just something that I can hold myself more accountable for and so far it's been working! I took this picture the other day but you can mentally mark off days 4-7 right now. I've also been eating really clean and I'm pretty excited I actually ate correct portions this week instead the normal troughs. Stupid tater tots. I kinda had a little obsession with them for a couple of weeks and well life goes on. So between going to work, working out, showering, and cooking dinner I'm pretty much beat for the night. I'll try to get quicker at all of those things so I can add back blogging to the schedule.
Speaking of eating right, look what I made tonight! My homemade low fat version of the Smart One's Baked Ziti - the only frozen "healthy meal" I love:
Easy Recipe:
1 box of ziti noodles, 1 jar of spaghetti sauce, and Mozzarella Cheese.
You Boil the noodles then pour them into the pan. Then add the jar of spaghetti sauce and stir around until all noodles have been touched. I like to season this with garlic salt (add to your liking) and then you sprinkle on oh say 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese on top. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and then bake at 350 for 20 minuets. Take the pan out of the oven and then stir around the pasta and place back into the oven for 5 more minuets. Then take the pasta out of the oven and take the aluminum foil off of the top. Turn the oven off and the broiler on sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and broil until bubbly. Only a few moments...watch it closely or it will burn! Take out of the oven and enjoy!
According to my rough estimations this has:
295 Calories, 5.4 grams of Fat, 13.6 grams of Protein in 8 servings.
DID you know that Christmas Trees (real ones) look like THIS in Washington!?
Screw pine needles...that is amazing.
