Instagram you already know that I've started using it as a place to post my fitness journey. I wasn't posting very much and then I thought, hmm it would be a good place to post obnoxious amounts of fitness crap. I get inspired by seeing/reading about other peoples journeys and to be honest I want you guys to keep me accountable. I'm not on weight watchers or any certain diet I am changing my lifestyle one step at a time. I started the couch to 5k program to get me up and running again (pun intended) because running really helps me lose weight. I'm also taking on 30 day challenges this year to keep me doing something active everyday. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have to say I love it. I've discovered that I love workout apps and getting those little check marks everyday is so addicting. I will post from time to time on the blog about different workout things but if you want to follow my entire journey

In other news -- to further inspire my running training I just purchased some new kicks and what will hopefully be a fabulous new bra.
