Happy Turkey Day everyone!

This was my very first "married" Thanksgiving and the first time ever to cook a whole meal (just for CK and me) by myself. I summoned all of my Betty skills and I'm pretty pleased with how everything turned out! Check out our feast below:

The night before I made CK's Grandmothers famous Strawberry Fluff:

Thanksgiving morning we feasted on Sausage balls!

Super easy and a favorite holiday treat

Thanksgiving dinner was composed of all the following:

Mac N' Cheese

Green Beans

Mashed Potatoes

Cornish Hens! (No turkey for us)

Crescent Rolls

So, I definitely ate that whole plate plus more and some Fluffy!

We also go to skype with our families today for HOURS today... aren't they adorable:

It really made Thanksgiving special getting to see and talk to our families back home!

We miss them so much but will get to see them soon for Christmas! Only 25 days until we fly back home for the Holiday!

After we stuffed ourselves and talked to each of our families I had one thing on my mind.

WE HAVE TO GO GET THE BLACK FRIDAY NEWSPAPER

I had NO idea it was going to look like this:

CK couldn't contain himself:

He is Wayyyy to excited about black Friday shopping.

We already own about 800 DVD's CK.

Calm the hell down.

I can't wait to go shopping... for myself!
