Button Trees and Jewelry Holders

This weekend I have felt like absolute crap but while I was laying around watching Bravo I did get some craft projects done:

I saw this on Pintrest and I feel in love with it.
Since I paint I decided I wanted to recreate it for the apartment. It took me a little while to figure out the grass and several trips to different stores for all the buttons (which are a pain to put on one by one) but it was all worth it.
I only wish I would have made it BIGGER.

While I was wondering the isles of Michael's I also noticed this laser cut frame boarder and had an idea for my bathroom. I've been wanting to showcase my necklaces (and not have them in a pile in a drawer) for awhile and this is the end product of my craft store find:

I painted the boarder and used foam board for the backing. I like it a lot and I think I'm going to get another one to paint a different color and get a wire mesh background for earrings. Theses were super cheap to make (only about $8) and it only took me like 10 minuets to do. What should my next color be? I'm thinking Purple.

I also did a little Retail Therapy on Saturday and bought all this:

When I shop... I shop HARD.

I've been searching for the perfect wrap shoe!

It was magical and my closet improved TENfold. (literally) Then today I decided to go through all my clothes/shoes/purses and get rid of some stuff...or Spring Cleaning as I like to call it.

Goodbye Clothes/Purses/Shoes

I'm so happy I finally sat down and did this I've been meaning to do it for awhile. I refuse to keep things I never wear and I hate keeping things just because I once liked to wear them a lot. It was time and now I have a lonely closet begging for new friends, whatever shall I do?

How often do you "spring clean" your closet?

Children (Fiction)

Children are little things that come from magic.
I'm a Christan so I believe that this only occurs because God wants it to.
No, that doesn't mean I'm a Dugger.
I fully and whole hearted support every form of birth control.
 and use several of them

With this being said No Magic will be happening in my belly anytime soon!
However, I tend to worry every single month that I'm going to accidentally get preggers.
While it wouldn't be the END of my world because
1. I'm married
2. I'm an adult
3. My husband and I both have good jobs

But we are just not ready yet.

So, every month I'm freaking out for a few days thinking...oh my God when is the last time I drank?, when was my period?, where will they go to school?, etc. It's ridiculous and CK usually ignores me but I end up making him scared at least once because I get mad that he's not taking me seriously.
I pray and pray that I'm not pregnant.

And then when that magical moment happens and my aunt comes to town the balance in life has been RESTORED!

--------------------------------------------------------

Then I start to think about what one of my friends once told me....

"Terri, I'm trying to get pregnant now and dude, I think all those times I prayed and prayed not to get pregnant are keeping me from getting knocked up now"

Hahahah, it's okay to laugh at that people she was laughing and that my friend is the funniest thing I think she has ever told me. Surely that logic can't be correct...or let's hope not!

*To our families that read this this was a blog of pure fiction, none of it true. Please don't call us freaking out. No babies for 5 Years!*
